Shana Lee, a Korean-American born and raised in Hawai'i is managing Rice Blossoms in Honolulu. Her journey with Korean desserts began when she first tasted baekseolgi—a fluffy and chewy steamed rice cake. She was fascinated by its delicate simplicity and unique texture.

Shana fell in love with Rice Blossoms' unique style and modern take on rice cakes, which wonderfully blends tradition with elegance. As part of the Rice Blossoms, she is excited to educate and share these delightful creations with the people of Hawai'i. Shana hopes to bring a little sweetness, a lot of aloha, and the perfect blend of tradition and modern artistry for you to enjoy!
